General restrictions use

The rights granted to you by these terms will remain in force only for so long as these Terms remain in effect. You may not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell or sublicense access to the Service to any third-party. You may use the Site and the Services (including the downloadable tools) for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You further agree not to combine or integrate the Site and the Services (including the downloadable tools) with hardware, software, or other technology or materials not provided by Doite Media. You may not modify or create any derivative product based on the Site, and the services (including the downloadable tools). You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain or perceive the source code from which any component of the Site and the services (including the downloadable tools) is compiled or interpreted, and nothing in these terms should be construed as granting you any right to obtain or use source code. Except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Site or services (including the downloadable tools) may be copied, reproduced distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means. Any future release, update, or other addition to functionality to the Site and services shall be subject to these terms. You agree not to use the Site and the services (including the downloadable tools) to

  • violate any local, state, national, or international law;
  • stalk, harass or harm another individual;
  • collect or store personal data about other users;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; or
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the services.

Without the written consent, you may not (i) use a high volume, automated, or electronic means to access the services (including, without limitation, robots, spiders or scripts); or (ii)frame the Site, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages. You promise that any a=information about yourself that you voluntarily provide to us will be true, accurate, complete, and current.

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

  • AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe and are off the waitlist, Doite Media will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the Section “Cancellation Policy”.

Annual Subscription: By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service (after you are off the waitlist). After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal date is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

  • AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS: We will bill your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual subscription.

For example, let’s say you purchased an Annual Subscription beginning May 2020 and ending April 2021. We will bill you for the second year (May 2021 to April 2022) in May 2021, unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before May 2021. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Once you subscribe, Doite Media will automatically process your Annual Subscription fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We explain how to cancel your Annual Subscription below at the Section “Cancellation Policy”.

CANCELLATION, COSTS. AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your membership at any time by following the procedure on the ‘Cancel
Subscription ‘ section on your account page. You will receive an email within one (1) hour of effective cancellation. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within one hour, please call Customer Service immediately as your cancellation may not be complete.

Cancellation is effective immediately upon completing the cancellation process, which means that after you cancel your membership you will not be permitted to access Doite Media resources. You will, however, be permitted to keep the Products that are already in your possession for the remaining portion of the membership period for which you have already been billed. We do not offer refunds, partial reminds, or credits on any subscriptions. Paid item upgrades will only be serviced for active members in good standing with their subscription payment if a member cancels or becomes past due on their subscription payment during their paid item upgrade period, they will not be refunded for unused paid
item time.

If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing to use the Services. You authorize us to charge outstanding fees and other amounts due to us against any credit card you have on file with us. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies. If your account is more than 30 days past due, and is forwarded to a collections agency, you will additionally be liable for any recovery fees charged by the agency. You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuers, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees.

You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 21 days after they first appear on your credit card statement. If you do not bring them to our attention within 21 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies. We may modify the price, content, or nature of the Services at any time. At our sole discretion, we may grandfather in the process of certain members based on factors such as the sign-up date and good standing. Doite Media will notify members receiving such grandfathered rates prior to the implementation of any price change. If we modify any of the foregoing terms, you may cancel your membership, and such cancellation shall be your sole remedy. We may provide notice of any such changes by email, notice to you upon login, or by publishing them on the website.
